Выбери свою стратегию: несколько коротких пробежек или одна пробежка на всю дистанцию на пределе сил – решать тебе. Важно уложиться в сроки проведения забега и показать хороший темп. Прими вызов марта и покажи свой лучший темп на дистанции.

We've put together a few brief and helpful tips to make your participation as comfortable and effective as possible.
Регистрация на забег открывается с даты публикации забега. С этой даты можно оформить слот.
Забег проходит с 01 марта 2025 г. с 00:00 по 31 марта 2025 года до 23:59 (МСК). В этот период можно добавлять отчеты о тренировках.
Принимаются отчеты о тренировках по бегу. Принимаются тренировки с 01марта 2025 г. включительно.
Скриншот отчета о тренировке должен содержать: дату, дистанцию и время ее преодоления. Счетчики шагов и фотографии беговых дорожек не принимаются.
Темп тренировки по бегу не ниже 12 мин/км. Тренировки с темпом ниже могут быть отклонены.
Соревнование на фиксированной дистанции. Побеждает тот, кто преодолеет дистанцию с наиболее высоким темпом.
Победителями считаются участники, занявшие 1 место в абсолюте (женщины/мужчины), 1 место в возрастной группе.
Призёрами считаются участники, занявшие 2, 3 места в абсолюте (женщины/мужчины), 2, 3 места в возрастной группе.
